Woven elastic is a strong, firm, twist resistant elastic that does not narrow when stretched.  Although it can be used directly against the skin is is probably best housed within a casing.

Perfect for the underband on a crop top or the waistband on leggings.

Braided elastic is perfect for inside sleeve hems and casings or for scrunchies!  It is a strong elastic but can loose stretch when sewn through.
